CANADA TREK: LONG RANGE TRAVERSE, NEWFOUNDLAND

Trekking through Canada's Newfoundland, in the Gros Morne National Park, was one of the biggest challenges of my life - I pushed my body and mind to the limit, hiking for four days up gorges and through rugged terrain, and camping out in the wilderness each night. It was also one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I came out of it a new (read: stronger) woman.
