I am dedicated to listening to and understanding their concerns, and delivering the utmost level of care, whether through nonsurgical approaches or through advanced surgical interventions. My objective is to work with my patients to ensure that they understand their condition, regain their functionality, and ultimately improve their well-being.”

Apart from his surgical expertise, Dr. Haidamous actively contributes to the advancement of shoulder surgery through his ongoing research. He has authored multiple research articles published in prestigious journals and several book chapters. He also serves as a reviewer for the Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. His professional memberships include the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Society, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine and the Arthroscopic Association of North America.

In addition to his role at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute, Dr. Haidamous holds an academic position as a Clinical Assistant Professor within the Orthopedic Residency program at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine.
