Christmas time can be overwhelming for many people with autism. Moody mom woke up to AJ decorating the Christmas tree. This is a big WIN for us. He just woke up and did this on his own. Autism is not going to stop him. He will continue to learn and use his life skills that he is learning. I say we have to go in his world sometimes. I let him keep the tree like that for the day. I helped him decorate the christmas tree later with his brother. Family is very important during the holiday's.
