The new Red Label guitars harken back to Yamaha's 1966 release of the FG180, the first production acoustic guitar by Yamaha. Rather than being a reissue, these new Red Label guitars combine the aesthetic of the past with the refinement that Yamaha has made over the past 50 plus years. A.R.E heated treated tops and specially scalloped bracing ensure a vintage and responsive tone. Acoustic-electric models are equipped with the cutting edge Atmosfeel, 3 source pickup system.
