Yessah it happened! We finally got the chance to do a meet and fish with Nick Morris of Reel Adventures Hawaii. We met up at the Hilo Breakwall to do a little fishing before heading back to Oahu. Hilo bay that day was not too feasible to fish due to heavy rains from the night before, as a result the water was dirty. We got hooked up with some cool looking curly tails that Nick got from Dakine Lures, what an awesome day it was. Although we didn't get too much action, I did manage to hook up on a Omilu (Bluefin Trevally).

The next day we headed out to the puna side of the Big Island for a fishing adventure, looking for suitable fishing spots to catch whatever we could. Fortunately we were able to catch some nenue and Aholehole (Hawaiian Flagtail) which are very good eat by the way.
