vSphere 7 - Best Ways To Install VMware vCenter Server Appliance 7 (VCSA)

This tutorial will guide you step by step in installing VMware vCenter 7 Server Appliance via the traditional GUI method and secondly by achieving the exact same objective but using the CLI method.

First up we run through a vCenter 7 deployment using the GUI method. After the deployment is successful we log in and take a quick look around.

I then power off and delete the vCenter 7 virtual machine and perform the exact same installation but via the CLI using a JSON file. This method is hands-off and fully automated.

Don't worry if you've never looked at a JSON file before as I will walk you through exactly what you need to change in order to set up your own vCenter 7 server. And, I'll be providing this JSON file for you to download from my GitHub page. Link below.
