1939年電影《綠野仙蹤》(From The Wizard From Oz)
內容改編自李曼·法蘭克·鮑姆撰寫的童話故事《綠野仙蹤》，
描述桃樂絲（Dorothy）與三位夥伴前往
歐茲王國（Oz）找回家路程的故事。
由Judy Garland主演、主唱的經典雋永電影主題曲
「Over the Rainbow」「彩虹之上」
是《綠野仙蹤》的主角桃樂絲，
找不到人傾聽她的煩惱時所唱的歌曲，
此曲被選為美國世紀金曲之第一名（Songs of the Century），
二次大戰時亦被遠征歐洲的美國士兵用作緬懷祖國的歌曲。
此曲後來漸漸成為經典的美國傳統流行歌曲，
並被眾多歌手以不同的方式進行翻唱演繹。

歌詞中「青鳥」是象徵幸福的
