💫 Day 23 - Building an ODE Model
👉 Download Amytis free: https://www.amytis.io/get-the-workspace
✨ Explore modelling workflows inside the workspace!
Welcome to Day 23 of the Amytis Advent Calendar! 🎄
Today’s micro-tutorial shows how to build a model using Ordinary Differential Equation (ODE) nodes in the Amytis Workspace.
Using ODE nodes alongside parameter nodes, you can construct mathematical models directly inside your project graph — for example, an infection rate model or other dynamic system.
What this looks like in practice:
• Create an ODE node to define your equations
• Link parameter nodes (rates, constants, initial conditions)
• Connect everything into a clear modelling workflow
• Keep equations, parameters and results linked and traceable
This approach makes it much easier to understand, document and revisit complex models by keeping the maths visually connected to the rest of your project.
