Gonobolin: Adagio for Strings / Gilbert · Berliner Philharmoniker

This evening, one year after the beginning of the Russian attacks on Ukraine, the Berliner Philharmoniker began their concert with conductor Alan Gilbert by performing Ukrainian composer Aleksandr Gonobolin’s Adagio for Strings as a sign of solidarity, followed by a minute of silence. Recorded at the Philharmonie Berlin, 24 February 2023.
