Eclectus parrot chicks grow up

Jack and Jill, the eclectus chicks grow from hatchlings through to fledging.
Jill is the red one and Jack is green.
Eclectus chicks are sexually dichromic. The girls are red and blue and the boys are green and yellow.
In the wild the boys collect food for their girl who hides in a hollow with the eggs. They need to be able to find her so they can see the flash of red while she's waiting at the hollow for him to bring her something to eat, and something for the chicks.
The boys need to be invisible to predators while they're foraging for food, so they're green like the leaves.
