Hey guys welcome back to my channel! This week I thought we could talk about a trend I think we've all noticed rising throughout the past year, content houses! Despite everything that's been going on, it feels like we're seeing more content houses popping up all over LA (and across the globe too) more than ever before and I thought it might be fun to do a little ~deep dive~ on the topic. Especially considering some of them seem to be h-ll-bent ongoing viral, even if it's for causing chaos at a time like this. I've talked about content houses in the past like the Hype House but that was back when they had just first announced themselves, so I thought this time around we could look at content houses more generally as well as get an update on how the Hype House is doing too since we first covered them ten months ago, plus compare them to other larger houses like the Sway House and the Clubhouse Beverly Hills.

So this video is hopefully going to be able to give you a look into the past (Vine apartments, Jake Paul's Team 10, Faze Banks' Faze House etc), present and a little bit of the future when it comes to content houses. I wanted to look back and see the difference/evolution of the concept of a content house considering content houses have been around for a while, some even longer than the term itself. I also wanted to talk about the pros and cons of the idea, why it works sometimes and why often times it falls apart, and why I don't have the brightest expectations for this massive new generation of houses we're seeing now thanks to ~the great tik tokker migration to LA of 2020~ lol.

Hopefully you guys enjoy the video and I'd love to know what you guys think about content houses in general, do you think the older ones were better than what we see today? Or do you just dislike content houses and think they're all destined to fail in general, I think everyone's opinion on the concept is always a little different so let me know ur thoughts below if u want :)
