Washing Machine F06 Error Code Hotpoint Indesit Door won't Open.
I started a washing cycle on the Hotpoint Aquarius Washing machine and then mid cycle it stopped with a horrible burning electrical sulfer smell and Error Code F06 and the door could not be opened.
On this model F06 indicates a washing machine door stuck.
This Hotpoint F06 error procedure should also be the same for the Indesit F06 error code and Whirlpool F06 error code.

In this video I will show you what I did to fix the F06 Washing Machine fault.
The 1st two steps I show you are the easiest and simplest and will work most of the time. If these first two methods do not work I will then show you some other ways for the Hotpoint Washing Machine Door release.

Now hopefully you have a fault with the washing machine handle\lever which can be replaced. With ours it was 7-8 years old and was at the end of it's useful life so it was time to cut it loose and get a new Washing Machine.
