PDX Progressive Talk TV - Election Night November 2020

Major issues for me are pretty much anything on Bernie's platform,
including:

climate change
income inequality
voting rights
single-payer health or Medicare.

The Republican Party is bankrupt, is serving only the billionaires in the top several percent of people in the United States. They simply do not have the well-being of the American people at heart.

I truly believe that the press has been tilting the scales drastically towards the Republicans. (On the Sunday talk shows, on ABC, CBS, NBC, there are far more Republicans than Democrats day after day.

The media clearly must know that trickle-down does not work, and the whole idea is ridiculous! Yet, they trot out announcers who hear Republicans saying that they want to lower taxes to create jobs, and the announcers do not call them out on it. Similarly, it maddens me that we are focusing on foreign wars and how much people around the world hate us without acknowledging that our country under George Bush destroyed the Middle East.
