Congress Passes Major Changes to Premium Processing

Congress has passed and the President has signed into law a new bill which significantly changes the premium processing service offered by USCIS.

The new law does the following:

1. Expands the types of cases eligible for premium processing

2. Increases the processing time for premium processing

3. Increases the premium processing fee

4. There are also miscellaneous requirements as well
