HELIX PUZZLE SOLUTION

Here I'm going to show you the Hanayama Helix puzzle solution.

The Helix puzzle is a level 5 out of a possible 6 on the Hanayama.

The solution itself just requires one move, however, the position you have to be in for it to work is a tough one to get to.

The technique I describe in the video will hopefully help you in the simplest way possible.
