How to Buy House in Italy 🇮🇹

In this video I’m going to explain you the main steps to buy a #house in #Italy.

First of all you have to find the one for you so visit our website...we have plenty of houses and apartments with pictures, 360 degree photos and videos that you can easily look through from your sofa!
When you’ve found the one catching your attention ask us for an appointment and book a visit together!

But a visit is not all...in the meantime we well provide you with a detailed cost statement for the purchase, full inclusive of taxes, notary and other related expenses.
Last but not least we will make sure that all the documents are translated in your mother language.

Once you are convinced of your choice, make a written offer with a deposit. In Italy the deposit is a guarantee of the buyer’s intentions, and it’s approximately the 10% of the total price.
Here’s a couple of tips about the payments, either the deposit or the balance:
⁃ if you want to pay by check, make sure you have an Italian bank account since checks from foreign banks are not allowed and won’t be accepted.
⁃ if you want to pay by bank transfer you can do it directly from your account to the seller’s one, of through the account of the notary that is following the purchase and that will guarantee the transaction.

Do not forget that an Italian tax code is needed..but no worries, we will assist you with the free request through the tax office and during the whole process!
It is mandatory to have an Italian tax code and a valid identity document to complete your purchase!

You are now the happy owner of your new house....but we’re not 100% done yet!
