drunk driver arrested after unwittingly calling 911 on himself ‘like a dumb f–k’. A drunk driver unwittingly handed himself over to Nebraska police when he reported someone else traveling in the wrong direction. Thursday captured the bizarre incident that unfolded. The man told dispatchers that someone driving a truck “on the wrong side of” Highway 77 in Lancaster County nearly “ran him off the road.” As it turns out, he was the culprit.
