Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway - End of Season Parade - 02/11/14

To mark the end of their annual-running season for 2014, the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway held an 'End of Season Parade' - which saw the majority of their resident fleet in action. This would include Double-Heading, Non-Stop runs and a Parallel run in the morning.

The line-up for the day was:

- No. 1 'Green Goddess' (Reported to have failed in the afternoon)
- No. 2 'Northern Chief'
- No. 5 'Hercules'
- No. 8 'Hurricane'
- No. 9 'Winston Churchill'
- No. 10 'Doctor Syn'
- Diesel No. 12 'JB Snell'
- Diesel No. 14 'Captain Howey'

The locations shown in the video are:

- New Romney
- Dymchurch
- Hythe

This was my first ever visit to the railway, and I have to say, it was a very good event - despite the poor weather. A rather enjoyable day out, and I hope to return soon.
