Here’s what you missed during Ultimate Cowboy Showdown Season 3 Episode 3.

Twelve cowboys still have a shot at winning a herd of cattle worth $50,000, a coveted belt buckle, and a lifetime of bragging rights. After competing in a tournament-style steer roping contest, one cowboy earns immunity from the next elimination, but the rest of the cowboys are in danger of being sent home. The cowboys are divided into two teams to compete in a ranch relay race that will test their know-how, grit, and stamina. In the midst of a turbulent windstorm, each team must complete a number of grueling tasks to secure the ranch and safely corral the livestock. With the help of two expert judges, country music icon Trace Adkins observes the race and evaluates the competitors in an attempt to whittle down the field. While one team puts their differences aside to keep their winning streak going, the other team must find a new cowboy to fill the void of their previous self-anointed leader. In the end, one cowboy is sent packing for leaving a task unfinished.
