80/20 RAISED BED OVER MTB VAN GARAGE

We turn our attentions to the inside of our van and start planning our van layout around our vanlifestyle.
Mountain biking is an activity Nicky and I enjoy and deciding to switch to eBikes for Vanlife will give us the added benefit of tireless and economical touring mobility beyond our van.
Our raised bed over garage, therefore, needs to be a little higher than usual with supports for sliding systems so we turn to 80/20 style extruded aluminum for strength and adaptability.
In this Vlog we measure, design, cut and mount our top rails to give us our start point to build the garage systems beneath.
We also fit our van bed windows from CR Lawrence.
