Mod: Spring Graphics/Weather v4.1 for ETS2 1.40

This is a graphics and weather mod that simulates a spring environment and transforms older parts of the map with newer high resolution graphics.

Changes in v4.1:
Tree model texture improvements
Fixed issue with apple tree texture
Improved vegetation variation
Improved colour on some terrain textures
Reduced brightness of wheat and flower fields
Removed some flowery vegetation
Other improvements
