Hydromat EPIC R/T HS-16 Indexing Chuck Machine - Rocker Arm Component

The EPIC R/T HS-16 is a vertical chuck type machine that can be loaded with blanks, castings and near net shapes with a robot or pneumatic feeding system or can be feed with a bar feeder like other Hydromat models. In this video you will see a robot load/unload design for steel blanks. The special designed chucks apply a downward clamping and the part is machined and drilled at a number of odd angles. This HS machine has a number of custom tool spindle mounting flanges to accomplish these irregular angles, you'll see these at the end of the cutting sequence.
