Building Lifelong Resiliency through Trauma-Informed Care for Children
Toxic stress and adverse childhood experiences severely impact infants, children, and adolescents. They harm developing brains and bodies in ways that manifest in poor health both immediately and in adulthood. With support from our partners, Cleveland Clinic will advance trauma-informed clinical education and community-based interventions for children. The result will be improved health throughout the lifespan and minimization of racial health disparities.
