Turn any blocks to SLABS! No mods or plugins in Minecraft 1.15+

This is probably my first minecraft command block tutorial LMAO!
forgot to mention. /kill @e[name=NAME] removes them.

-(Normal Command Block)-
/summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {NoGravity:1b,ShowArms:0b,Marker:1b,Invisible:1b,NoBasePlate:1b,Passengers:[{id:"minecraft:shulker",NoGravity:1b,Silent:1b,Invulnerable:1b,CustomNameVisible:0b,NoAI:1b,AttachFace:0b,Color:15b,CustomName:'{"text":"NAME"}',ActiveEffects:[{Id:14b,Amplifier:1b,Duration:999999,ShowParticles:0b}]}],CustomName:'{"text":"NAME"}'}

-(Repeater Command Block)-
/execute at @e[name=NAME] run summon minecraft:falling_block ~ ~ ~ {NoGravity:1b,BlockState:{Name:"minecraft:dirt"}}
-(Don't forget to use this command when using the repeater command block)-
/gamerule commandBlockOutput false
