Ingredients for cream no.2:
liquid cream 33% - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
sugar - 100 g (3.5 oz)
melted dark chocolate - 100 g (3.5 oz)
hydrated gelatine - 10 g (0.35 oz) ( 50 ml (⅕ cup) water )

Ingredients for the glaze:
white chocolate - 100 g (3.5 oz)
caramel - 50 g (1.76 oz)
roasted almond flakes - 100 g (3.5 oz)

Tray diameter: 22 cm (8.66 in)
