Homemade corn beef vs store bought Part 1

I got one of those Corn-beef packages at Costco the pre-brined kind. I also picked up a Prime grade Brisket. I cut up the Brisket (quite badly I might add lol) and Brined it my self. Now I'm gonna cook both and see if one is better than the other or will the Pre package one turn out to be less hassle and OK in a pinch?
