Experiment event rate (EER): vaccinated percentage: 0.07%
Control event rate (CER) = Placebo percentage: 0.63%
Sum: 0.07 + 0.63 = 0.7

Vaccine efficacy: 1 - (0.07/0.7) = 90%

Absolute risk reduction (ARR): .63-.07 = 0.56%
Relative risk = EER/CER = 0.07/63 = 11%
Relative risk reduction = ARR/CER = 0.56/0.63. Or, 1 - RR = 1-0.11 = 89%
