Moroccan Beef Tajine with Peas and Mushrooms

Moroccan Beef tajine has proven difficult for Mor Acro to perfect. Today is a beef pea artichoke tajine where mushrooms are substituted for artichokes. With tagine we eat bread and I do my best to make Moroccan bread. Homemade bread makes everything better. A mushroom tajine is a weird thing but they provide a lot of moisture and flavour to the beef. Sadly, we substitute souk peas for frozen peas, al though this is more convenient, it is less tasty. Tagine is a classic Moroccan cookware and dish with many styles. Hope this wet your appetite and inspired you to make your own tajine of Morocco.
