Nikon P1000 - Jupiter and Io's SHADOW !! WOW. No telescope - it's just a camera! Super zoom

Io - Jupiter's moon cast a shadow on its planet. You could say it's a Solar Eclipse on Jupiter. Everything was filmed with the Nikon Coolpix P1000 camera. This camera is like a telescope. You can clearly see stripes of clouds, moons of Jupiter (Io, Europa, Callisto and Ganymede), the Great Red Spot and the hero of today's film - the shadow of Io. The video shows several phases of Io's shadow trasite by Jupiter. The final shot shows Io at the right edge of the Jupiter. It already was the day - the Sun was about 2.5 degrees above the horizon.

Zooming planet with only a camera. No telescope - only a camera: Nikon Coolpix P1000 with incredible optical zoom 125x + 4x digital zoom.
