Left hand side on the trusty spectrum analyser is the 37.5 Wadley loop, the small pip moving to the right is the splashover of the VHF oscillator tuning from 41 to 70 megs. As the VHF frequency increases/decreases , the Wadley loop filter rises and falls as it passes each harmonic of the comb generator. This I found was quite difficult to achieve with vacuum tubes at these frequencies.
