Concrete Footers for a large balcony/Porch cover

these are what the architect calls for. its comes out to be 2'4"x2'4" by 24" deep.
were using #4 rebar. 3 in each direction with vertical rebar holding it in place.
this would be over kill for a simple patio porch cover, or deck.
these footings will support a large balcony. (11x33)
there will also be 2x10s 16 oc be that will come here in a couple weeks once i pure the concrete and let it cure.
