Thank You Yakigang!
Hey Yakigang!
Today’s video is not a Yakitori lesson. Don’t worry, the liver video is coming out shortly.
I wanted to thank you as this channel has hit 1000 subscribers! As you guys may know my mission since the start has always been to help spread good Kodawari Yakitori to the world. I used to host weekly Yakitori dinners and popups, but due to quarantine I had to pivot.
I started this channel about 3 months ago with my promise of releasing a Yakitori lesson video every week. So that even though I can’t cook for you in person you can still recreate the flavors at home. I know the videos are very long and packed with tons of info so I thank you all for watching them through and liking them!
Also thank you for all the feedback and comments to improve the videos. This is a learning process for me too and every video, I hope you’re enjoying the incremental updates in the content!
Please continue to watch my videos, and tell all your friends and family about this channel. Also continue to cook Yakitori and ask me questions!
I look forward to the next milestone. Let’s shoot for 5000!
Thanks Yakigang!
If you want to support what I’m doing, I’m always happy to receive chickens!
