** Papaya Jam Recipe **
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30-35 minutes
Serve for 6-8 people
Ingredients for Papaya Jam
Ripe Papaya 1.5 kg, पक्का हुआ पपीता
Sugar 600 gm, चीनी
2 Lemon Juice, 2 निम्बू का रस
Process for Papaya Jam-
• Take 1.5 kg ripe papaya, Peel them and cut into small pieces and keep a side.
• Take a big bowl; add papaya, sugar and lemon juice. Mix them well and keep in a fridge for 2-3 hours.
• After that add all ingredients in sauce pot and boiling at the high gas flame for 1-2 minutes.
• Now reduce the gas flame and boil till papaya getting dissolved. While cooking stir it continuously.
• Now papaya dissolved well. Cook till jam getting little thickness. Once getting little thickly then turn off the gas flame, and keep for cooling down at the room temperature.
• After cool down- Filling up in glass jars and you can store in fridge for 15-20 days.
• Applying on toasted or plain bread and enjoying your breakfast.
