How to Cook Peruvian Lomo Saltado & Fettucine a la Huancaina by Embarcadero 41

Corporate Chef Carlos Huerta prepares one of the restaurant's signature dishes Lomo Saltado with Fettuccine a la Huancaina. Embarcadero 41 is an upscale casual dining restaurant chain. The main corporate office is in Lima Peru and was founded in 2002 to serve authentic Peruvian cuisine, by masters in Peruvian Gastronomy. There are 12 locations throughout Peru and Ecuadoor and a location in Miami, FL set to open in May 2014.
