LG Hom Bot Bootup Problem

After two years my LG Hom Bot stopped working - it gets stuck on the bootup screen. First, it started having this problem sporadically and then it got worse to the point where it now does not boot up at all. I opened it up the onboard battery "BIOS battery" voltage seems normal, I checked all the connection, voltages coming in. It looks like that the main board memory board which holds firmware is gone which means $500 replacement mainboard = new robotic vacuum. Had anybody had any luck fixing this or encounter similar behavior​?
