RBA Governor Lowe Doesn’t See Growth Lifting Until 4Q
Aug.13 -- Reserve Bank of Australia Governor Philip Lowe says economic growth is unlikely to lift until the final three months of this year, with Victoria’s renewed lockdown to contain an outbreak of Covid-19 “broadly offsetting” the recovery that’s been unfolding.
