Redragon K556 RGB Devarajas Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

This is my review of the Redragon K556 RGB Customizable Mechanical Gaming Keyboard. The features, lighting effects, build quality and $56-75 Amazon price is excellent. Typing noise is quieter than Blue switches, noticeable key bump, great for normal typing & gaming. DIY removable keycaps and switches, accepts Cherry MX keycaps. Raised key profile, minimal fullsize footprint, spill-proof base, black aluminum finish, thick non-braided USB cable gold plated connector. Redragon K556 backlighting effects are all adjustable even without software as shown in my video, few common controls are:
Fn and - or + beside backspace key = lighting speed
Fn + uparrow or downarrow = brightness levels
Fn + PrtSc = reset lighting defaults
The K556 Keyboard supports 102 key Macro recording using the software driver. Example - select "Num4" set name, record Macro sequence, edit delay time, click OK then APPLY == play the Macro by holding "Fn" + "Num4". Recorded Macros are activated by holding "Fn" then tap the assigned key. The original key function is unchanged. Other models like K550 have dedicated Macro keys that don't require holding "Fn" to play back.

Timeline 4:20 (1) open K556 software Menu (2) click mouse on target-marco-key [eg.x] (3) press same physical target-marco-key [eg.x] (4) click Macro button on Key-Settings Menu (5) type new Macro-Name [eg.test-x] (6) click Record button then from physical keyboard type macro-key-sequence [eg.this is a macro] (7) edit delay between key strokes (8) click mouse on OK to save macro (9) minimize K556 APP (10) open Notepad (11) press newly recorded Macro key [eg.x] (12) open APP and Delete the Macro.
