7 Things Women Should STOP Doing After 60 Immediately!

Let get real and talk about 7 things we really should QUIT doing after 60. I thought long and hard before making this video about the things I could share that would truly make a real difference in our lives. Aging is full of wonder and change, wisdom and reflection and it's also filled with some difficult challenges that we face every day. Body, mind and spirit all working together for a happier healthier life. I take you through a walk through the park with my friend Hal and I share with you the things I struggle with the most at 66.
