Have you ever wondered what your superpower is? Our bodies have super-power properties. In this talk, Dr Soph marvels at stem cells and insists science is not finished until it is communicated. Dr Sophie Arthur is currently a Science Communications Officer at MRC London Institute of Medical Sciences. Dr Arthur studied for 4 years at the University of Southampton and was awarded her PhD this year.

She blogs, she podcasts, she is found regularly on Instagram live and she makes even the most complex science simple to understand.

Dr Soph now describes herself as a stem cell biologist, science communicator & digital comms creator, she’s worked alongside brands such as Mattel, STEMettes, Merck & New Scientist Live, and had her work featured The Sunday Times Style & Forbes amongst others.
