Probability Formula Explained

PROBABILITY FORMULA EXPLAINED // What are the chances of a specific outcome when we have a fixed number of possible results? We’re using a bag of peanut butter m&ms to analyze the probability of selecting a blue m&m out of the bag.

A probability distribution is a list of all of the possible outcomes of a random variable along with their corresponding probability value. We’re looking at the marginal probability of the first m&m I pull out of the bowl being blue.
