Bitwig Studio Jam and rant: keep it simple

Minimalism is king!! Start sample try to catch a hook, if you can’t throw it away and start over. Don’t be over technical at the beginning of a track, as far as mixing and sound design. Get your notes in. Chords melodies develop a hook first then work on arranging, sound design, automation, mixing, side chaining, parallel compression, etc.
