This tutorial demonstrates how to format your position with ReFS and install windows 11 24H2 Pro using Hyper V VM.

Commands used: (Needs GPT disk with secure boot)
1.Shift-F10 after creating default partitions from GUI
2.diskpart
3.list disk
4.select disk # (substitute hash with the number of the desired disk you want to format it install windows)
5.list partition
6.select partition 3 (In this video it's 3, you can replace it with your custom position number)
7.format quick fs=refs
8.exit (exit diskpart)
9.exit (close command prompt)

@Britec09 Feel free test it out and let me know if you're also seeing better IO latency and responsiveness under sustained heavy IO at 0.1-0.3ms. The only downside is ReFS requires an extra 5-7 GB of Disk space and the ReFS format is hidden when you're using 3rd party partition tools and native disk management GUI. i couldn't test with Raid 0/1/4 with IRST or AMD Raid drivers. Almost feels like choosing between ext4 vs BTRFS filesystem.
