Remember that speed alone doesn't make a vehicle good, what matters is how expensive it is to reach that speed, and also how much it can handle it self, how much it can be used off road, and also how much utility it has when playing.

Jet wasn't included in this list, because the jet is too fast for its own good, is almost uncontrollable, and is also at the opposite side of the map, with no way to spawn it nearby. And using missiles on it is very hard and annoying.
