Pineapple Tarts / Kuih Tart

Everyone simply loves Pineapple Tarts. During festive season, almost every household in Singapore and Malaysia either bakes or buys them.

Here’s my recipe for Pineapple Tarts (vegan). The short crust will simply melts in the mouth.

Adding 2 egg yolks will give a firmer crust (please remember to reduce the amount of butter if you add egg). Enjoy baking.
