What is an Evangelist?

The ascended Christ gave Evangelists to the Church. When Churches use God Called Evangelists they are Proving God and see commitments to Christ, the church, Baptism, tithing, marriages restored, fellowship reunited, men answering the call to ministry, priorities to Christ and the church, souls saved etc...Philip the evangelist is the only man called evangelist in the Bible.
