दोस्तों आज कहीं भी, कभी भी महंगाई की चर्चा होती है, तो उसमें सबसे पहले पेट्रोल, डीजल अौर अन्य पेट्रोलियम पदार्थों के बढ़ते दामों की चर्चा जरूर होती है। अगर आंकड़ों की मानें तो पेट्रोल के दामों में इतनी तेज वृद्धि हुई है कि जो पेट्रोल 1990 में 12-13 रूपए प्रती लीटर मिलता था, वही पेट्रोल अब लगभग 95 से 110 रूपए प्रती लीटर में मिल रहा है।

तो आखिर ऐसा क्या है, जो डीजल और पेट्रोल के दाम इतने ज्यादा है? और इसका स्त्रोत क्या है?

आज के इस वीडियो में जब आप पेट्रोल और डीजल को बनाने की प्रक्रिया को देखेंगे तो आपको लगेगा कि अरे वाह! ये तो बहुत ही आसान है, लेकिन आसान दिखने वाली चीज हमेशा आसान नहीं होती। हकीकत तो ये है कि इसे बनाने की प्रक्रिया इतनी जटिल है कि इसी वजह से इसकी कीमतें इतनी ज्यादा है। पेट्रोलियम पदार्थों को बनाने में अरबों रुपए खर्च होते हैं और इसके बाद भी कभी-कभी कंपनियों को इसकी वजह से नुकसान भी उठाना पड़ जाता है। जिन लोगों को सच्चाई के बारे में नहीं पता वो लोग ऐसा सोचते जरूर हैं कि बस पेट्रोल को जमीन से निकाला गया और पाइप लाइन द्वारा पेट्रोल पंप तक पहुंचा दिया गया। पर ऐसा हरगिज नहीं है, बल्कि वास्तविकता में तो पेट्रोल अौर डीजल को बनाने की प्रक्रिया काफी लंबी और खर्चीली भी है।
