Grand Seiko Elegance Collection celebrates the everchange seasons - SBGJ251, Shunbun

Grand Seiko celebrates the rhythm of the seasons in a series of new creations. The series of four watches celebrates one of the year’s twenty four seasonal phases or sekki. From the arrival of the first cherry blossom to the sound of icy snow, each sekki tells its own story and is a step along the journey through the year, from Shunbun, the moment that nature awakens in spring, to Tōji and the glistening cold of winter.

Featured is SBGJ251. Shunbun. The spring equinox finally arrives and everyone senses that spring is truly in the air. The wild cherry trees in the mountains, long covered with frost, start to bloom and their sakura blossom decorates the slopes. The green dial and rose gold tone accents perfectly capture the arrival of spring.
