Capacitor and Inductor in High Frequency or Low Freq | Physics with Professor Matt Anderson | M26-07

What does a capacitor or an inductor look like in the limit of very high frequency or very low frequency? This is a great example of taking the behavior of formulas to the limits, a very valuable skill to have as a practicing physicist. Namely, if the answer doesn't make sense as you take the frequency to very high or very low, something might be amiss in the formula.
