Ultrasound : Sonography Fetal Cleft lip & palate
Sonography : cleft lip and palate. The patient didnot attended sonography on time as on said dates. When things present late - this happens. Yes cleft lip & palate are correctable deformities, but the genetic composition of the couple is very much disturbed, that's why this type of abnormality resulted. Always get your NT scan + Double marker & Target Scan + quadruple marker done.
