Wonder What a Healthy VEDIC Breakfast Looks Like?
If you're a vegan or vegetarian and looking for a good wholesome breakfast.. then I've got the meal for you!
My Guru, Paramahamsa Nithyananda, says that we should consume 50% raw foods and 50% cooked, and with this breakfast meal I show in the video - it's definitely aligned!
Becoming vegan/vegetarian has actually led me to consume MORE protein in the morning than I used to, and not only that, but my breakfast is now loaded with plenty of nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, protein.. you name it!
